Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Participation in our Loyalty Rewards Program is subject to the following terms:

Eligibility: The program is open to registered customers only. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Earning Points: Points are awarded for qualifying purchases and select actions (e.g., sign-up, referrals, reviews). Points are credited once payment is confirmed and the return window has closed.

Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed only on future purchases. Some rewards may have minimum purchase thresholds. Discounts from redeemed points cannot be combined with other promo codes unless otherwise stated.

Account Status: Accounts must remain in good standing. Abuse or manipulation of the program may result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.

Expiration: Points may expire after 12 months of inactivity. We will attempt to notify customers before expiration via email.

Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate the program and its terms at any time without prior notice. All rewards are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at our discretion.
